On Hillen and thirty fifth Avenue, in East Baltimore, roads, sidewalks, and yards disappeared underwater after some afternoon storms induced flash flooding everywhere in the state.
“It was a swimming pool,” stated Williams. Neighbors stated the waterlines reached their entrance porch. Police shut down visitors as the driving force behind an SUV acquired trapped within the mess.
