At its month-to-month legislative session Monday night time, the Howard County Council unanimously permitted laws requiring gender-inclusive single-user restrooms, laws requiring builders to supply a specific amount of moderate-income housing in Transit Oriented Growth, and laws requiring monetary disclosures associated to zoning issues.
