The Cheyenne Police Department mentioned goodbye to 2 longtime officers Thursday, simply days after welcoming five new officers to its ranks.
Captain and Performing Chief Nathan Buseck, who started his profession with the division in January 2000, and Lt. Howard Smith, who began in Might 1989, had been acknowledged for his or her 50-plus years of mixed service.
