Seidel’s retirement comes after 27 years with Annapolis Police Division. Seidel joined the pressure in August 1993 as a patrol officer after graduating school and the police academy. He climbed the ranks from particular operations to patrol supervisor to sergeant within the felony investigations unit. Seidel then served as a patrol lieutenant till Baker appointed him to captain of operations. He oversaw the narcotics division, particular operations such because the SWAT staff, bike patrol, group companies and felony investigations.
