ELKTON, Md. (WJZ) — Maryland State Police arrested a Cecil County man Tuesday on youngster pornography costs.
The suspect is recognized as Jacob Rubinstein, 41, of Elkton.

Rubinstein is charged with seven counts of distribution of kid pornography and 12 counts of possession of kid pornography.

Maryland State Police carried out an investigation into the distribution and possession of kid pornography on-line.
The investigation led to the identification of the suspect at his Cecil County residence. A preliminary forensic evaluate of the suspect’s digital units revealed a number of youngster pornography recordsdata.

Rubinstein was taken to the Maryland State Police North East Barrack for processing.
